- Only one entry is permitted from Tirupati to the Tirumala Hills, and an additional one-time entry from Tirupati to the Tirumala Hills is available for a fee of Rs. 2000.
- Innova from Chennai Airport to Tirupati Maximum seating capacity is 7 passengers; additional passengers are not permitted. Illegal activities within the vehicle are not permitted. (Ex: Drinking, smoking, etc.)

Booking and Payment Policy:
To confirm a reservation, pay 20% of the total fee up front and the remaining amount when you start your journey in Chennai. Directly hand over the driver after paying the driver 60% in advance and the remaining 20% at the end of the trip.
